These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the batpro platform, including all casino games, sports betting products, promotional offers, and account services. By registering an account or using batpro in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
These six areas represent the most critical parts of batpro's Terms & Conditions. All are covered in full legal detail in the sections below.
All batpro users must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is enforced through mandatory CNIC-based KYC verification. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
Each individual may hold only one batpro account. Accounts are non-transferable and must be registered in the user's own legal name, matching their CNIC documentation.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements disclosed at time of offer. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting to claim duplicate bonuses, and other promotional fraud will result in account suspension.
All financial transactions on batpro are conducted in PKR. Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 are accepted. Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only.
batpro provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players are encouraged to use these tools. Batpro may impose limits unilaterally where warranted.
All disputes between users and batpro are subject to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in these Terms. Users must contact batpro support before escalating any complaint to a third-party body.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing the batpro Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by batpro, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with batpro's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the batpro Platform and, if you have registered an Account, contact batpro support to request account closure.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and batpro. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account, make any deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the batpro Platform. This requirement is absolute and admits of no exception.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The batpro Platform is intended for use by adult players in jurisdictions where online gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before creating an Account.
3.3 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are expressly prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account on batpro:
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the batpro Platform. The maintenance of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by any single individual — regardless of the registration details used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly should any changes occur. batpro is not responsible for any consequences arising from a User's failure to maintain accurate account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials shall be deemed to have been conducted by you. batpro shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Accounts, balances, bonuses, and any credits therein are strictly non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, pledged, or otherwise transferred to any third party.
4.5 Account Closure. batpro reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
5.1 batpro is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to enabling full withdrawal functionality. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process is conducted in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming standards.
5.2 Documentation Required. Users will be required to submit the following documents as part of the KYC process:
5.3 Timelines. batpro will endeavour to complete KYC review within five (5) business days of receiving complete documentation. batpro reserves the right to request additional documentation where standard submissions are insufficient to complete verification.
5.4 Consequences of Failed KYC. Users who fail to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of being requested to do so may have their Account suspended and pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed.
All deposits to batpro Accounts are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). batpro accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. batpro does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of batpro.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that have been registered and verified under the User's own name and KYC-verified Account. batpro will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours. VIP tier members may be eligible for expedited same-day processing.
batpro reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) the User has not completed KYC verification; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not been fulfilled; (c) batpro reasonably suspects fraudulent activity; or (d) the withdrawal is subject to review under applicable anti-money laundering procedures.
7.1 General Bonus Policy. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the batpro Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are disclosed at the point of each promotion and form an integral part of this Agreement.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the User must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) by the stated multiplier before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute bonus abuse under batpro's policies:
7.4 batpro reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close an Account where bonus abuse is reasonably suspected, at its sole discretion.
7.5 VIP Programme. batpro's VIP loyalty programme is governed by separate terms communicated to eligible players at the time of tier qualification. General eligibility, tier benefits, and reward structures are subject to change at batpro's discretion.
8.1 Game Outcomes. All casino games on the batpro Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers. Game outcomes are final and cannot be reversed except where a verifiable technical malfunction has occurred.
8.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, batpro reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the User's Account. Winnings generated during a period of verifiable system malfunction will be void and will not be paid.
8.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets — including cricket, PSL, baseball, UFC, and other markets — are settled in accordance with batpro's official sports betting rules applicable to each sport and market. Batpro reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets where suspicious activity is detected.
8.4 Maximum Winnings. Batpro may apply maximum winnings limits on individual games, betting markets, or over defined time periods. Such limits, where applicable, are communicated within the specific game or market rules.
8.5 Account Balance. Users may only bet amounts up to their current available Account balance. batpro does not extend credit to Users under any circumstances.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the batpro Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
10.1 batpro is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Pakistani players with the tools necessary to maintain control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users from within their Account settings panel:
10.2 batpro may impose limits, restrictions, or account closures unilaterally where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User's gaming activity is causing financial or personal harm, without prior notice to the User.
10.3 All users of the batpro Platform are reminded that gambling carries real financial risk. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It is not a reliable source of income. Play only with funds you can genuinely afford to lose.
10.4 Users experiencing difficulties related to problem gambling are encouraged to access the tools described in Section 10.1 and to seek support from recognised problem gambling support organisations. See batpro's dedicated Responsible Gaming page for further guidance.
11.1 All content on the batpro Platform — including but not limited to the batpro brand name, logo, domain name, website design, game software, text, graphics, images, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of batpro or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the batpro Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
11.3 The batpro name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in any advertising, promotional material, or public communication without the express prior written consent of batpro.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batpro's total liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or bet conducted thereon shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 batpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — howsoever arising.
12.3 batpro does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code. Batpro is not responsible for any device damage, data loss, or financial loss arising from User access to the Platform.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude batpro's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 batpro collects, processes, and stores User personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at batpro.one/privacy-policy.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to batpro collecting and processing your personal data — including CNIC data and financial transaction records — for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
13.3 batpro will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party providers only to the extent necessary for the delivery of Platform services (e.g., payment processors, game providers, and KYC service providers).
14.1 batpro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, batpro will endeavour to provide Users with reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Continued use of the batpro Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.
14.3 The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at batpro.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the effective date of the current version.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from the User's relationship with batpro are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which batpro holds its operating authorisation.
15.2 These Terms do not supersede or override any mandatory consumer protection rights that Users may hold under applicable local law. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and mandatory local law protections, the applicable law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
15.3 batpro operates the Platform under internationally recognised gaming standards. batpro does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
16.1 Customer Support. For general queries, account issues, or withdrawal inquiries, Users should contact batpro's 24/7 customer support team via live chat on the Platform. Average first response time is under five (5) minutes.
16.2 Formal Complaints. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing via email to the address displayed on batpro's Contact page. All formal complaints must include the User's registered Account username, the nature of the complaint, the relevant dates and transaction references, and the resolution sought by the User.
16.3 Response Timeline. batpro will acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and will provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
16.4 Escalation. Where a User remains dissatisfied following batpro's formal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to batpro's designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, details of which will be provided in batpro's formal complaints response.
